Zucker<br \/>\n1 P. Vanillezucker (oder 200 gr. Zucker und 1 TL Vanillextract)<\/span><br \/>\nverr\u00fchren bis eine helle Creme entsteht.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\">3 Eier<\/span><br \/>\neines nach dem anderen unterr\u00fchren.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\">85 gr. echter Kakao<br \/>\n120 gr. Mehl<br \/>\n2. Pr. Salz<\/span><br \/>\nnach und nach einr\u00fchren.<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\">150 gr. Schokolade<\/span> unterr\u00fchren und in eine mit Backpapier ausgelegte Form (20 x 30 cm) f\u00fcllen und glattstreichen<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\">20 gr. geraspelte Schokolade<\/span> auf den Teig streuen.<br \/>\nDas ganze bei 170&#8243;\u00b0 ca. 30-40 min. backen (Hei\u00dfluft)<br \/>\nAbk\u00fchlen lassen und mit<br \/>\n<span style=\"color: #993300;\">30 gr. fl\u00fcssiger Schokolade<\/span> verzieren.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Die finale Glasur habe ich mir gespart. Au\u00dferdem hatten wir nicht genug Schokolade also habe ich im Teig Nutella und Schokoraspeln verarbeitet.
